Documents placed here by us for you are only accessible by you. Documents placed here for us by you, are only accessible by us. Each client portal is unique, encrypted, and password protected.
Whether you're at work, home, or on vacation you always have access to our shared documents. This system allows us to work together more efficiently and save time by securely exchanging working documents, scanned receipts, large QuickBooks files, tax return source documents, etc.
For security purposes, it is no longer necessary to exchange floppy disks, or send important data through the mails. (Of course and by all means, we still love to meet in person to exchange information and and share a cup of coffee - the secure exchange system will unfortunately not share coffee!!!)
