Our firm provides income tax preparation services and we are fully automated to provide the most technologically advanced and secure e-file services. Our e-file capabilities include the IRS as well as all states that have efile capability.
In addition to tax preparation, our firm has an enrolled agent (EA) on staff who is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all administrative matters. This includes audit, appeals, collection problems, offer in compromise, negotiating installment agreements, etc. We have the ability to file back tax returns and resolve many tax controversy issues with the IRS and Franchise Tax Board.

Business services involve providing small business with record keeping and payroll support services, such as bookkeeping, billing, receivables, Quickbooks software, payroll software,etc. We can also perform analysis and consulting on computerized accounting systems, or provide financial analysis of small business performance.
